Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:

To be eligible for a return:

· Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
· Pet dislike the product
· Sale or promotional items.
· Wrong item ordered.
· Change of mind or no longer needed.
· Product allergy claims or minor digestive issue without Veterinarian Documentation.
3. Refund Process
· Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
· If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
· If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item (subject to stock availability).
5. Return Shipping
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped by our team.
· Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
